From the Field to the Classroom

Golden State Health and Safety Solutions was founded by Patrick Dickinson,  a seasoned Firefighter-Paramedic/EMT who understood a critical gap in workplace safety training: most programs teach certifications, but few prepare people for real emergencies.

After years of responding to workplace accidents and medical emergencies, Patrick recognized that employees needed more than just certification cards—they needed confidence, competence, and the ability to act decisively under pressure.

Today, we combine authentic emergency experience with proven educational methods to deliver safety training that truly prepares your team for real-world situations. Every instructor in our network brings professional emergency response and/or Cal/OSHA compliance experience, ensuring your training is grounded in practical, life-saving expertise.
